Description
IBM On Call Manager empowers DevOps and IT operations teams to optimize their incident resolution efforts with a comprehensive solution that ingests, correlates, notifies, and resolves operational incidents in real-time. By integrating events from supported sources, both on-premise and in the cloud, this service provides a unified view of incidents affecting services, applications, and infrastructure. IBM On Call Manager extends this functionality to mobile devices, ensuring seamless synchronization with your IBM On Call Manager instance.
With IBM On Call Manager, related events are correlated into a single incident, streamlining the resolution process and eliminating the need to navigate hundreds of disparate events. Integrated notifications ensure that the right personnel are alerted at the right time, facilitating swift incident resolution. Incident responders can easily collaborate with subject matter experts, and automated notifications keep teams informed of new incidents and escalate unattended ones. Choose your preferred communication channel, including voice, email, or SMS, Mobile Push Notification to receive timely notifications and stay on top of incident resolution.
