I love uploading my clothes to the app! Alta has been the push I needed to organize and clean my closet!!! I still have a ton of clothes after organizing and so things can become hidden and out of sight fast. This app has literally helped organize and make each piece visible! This has helped me discover unworn pieces. I can use the avatars to try on clothing which is a game changer! Before hand I would try on take off and not hang the clothes back which lead to my closet always being unorganized!

After seeing a special on the morning news featuring this app, I thought I would give it a try. Uploaded about a dozen items really quick and instantly it put together a few cool outfits. Wonderful, I heard on the podcast that there were ways to make "adjustments" to the Prettify (like correcting length, shade, etc), I was confused about where that was done, but now it makes sense. I will try to use it again.
I love the idea of adding filters, especially the ones you mentioned as the "style" really varies due to geography or style. Seattle fashion is quite different from Los Angeles from my experience haha.

I like being able to see different clothing combinations without having to try everything on, and the avatar feature makes it easier to imagine how outfits might look together. Yes, I've shown a few friends. They thought the avatar feature was really interesting and liked how it made outfit planning feel more personalized. Seriously one of my favorite apps. The hardest part is taking the time to upload your items and they even make that easy!

When I first downloaded Alta, I was looking for an app to organize all of my clothes so I would know exactly what I had in my closet—soon, I realized that Alta does that and so much more. The main reason I use Alta is because I love organizing outfits and experimenting with different aesthetics/styles. I use it almost like a digital closet + lookbook + outfit diary all in one. Alta has completely changed how I manage my wardrobe! It’s incredibly easy to use: I can take a quick snap of an item and the app instantly removes the background, or I can simply send a copy of my receipt and they upload the items directly to my closet. I love building outfit boards, seeing looks on my avatar, and scheduling outfits for specific days and events on the calendar. I was bored and decided to try this app and boy did I go down a rabbit hole. Not only did this help me organize my closet I also was able to purge my closet. And to top it all off I decided to do my husband’s closet on his phone and since we are friend I can go to the app on my phone and see what’s in his closet also. I’ve just started using the app and putting my wardrobe into it. So I am learning. I am planning to use it to help me make outfit choices and packing lists for trips as well as make better use of what I have in my closet as I’ve hit a big life inflection point (changing careers). I definitely downloaded this app for fun to try it out and I genuinely enjoyed it! I love seeing my clothes on my iPad! I would say the main reason I use Alta is because I wanted to organize my closet and see everything I own in one place and this helps me plan outfits so much easier than having to go through all my clothes.
