Plant-based Chef and Cookbook Author Sara is the chef behind “Betterfoodguru”. She is beloved for her easy, creative, and colorful recipes. With 30 years of restaurant Chefery under her belt, Sara knows how to write recipes anyone can follow. These recipes are plant-based, full of whole foods and vegetables and use easy cooking methods even a beginner can execute.
The app has more than 200 of Sara’s signature recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner including over 60 of her salads. New recipes are added frequently to keep it exciting and interesting.
This meal planner app makes you a weekly meal plan according to your preferences, allergies and goals. Then it makes a shopping list from the recipes to simplify the process.
