If you don't have a CRM, the guided submission flow walks you through every step, from project details and job type to carrier information and scope notes. One of the most powerful features is the video walkthrough. Record a narrated walkthrough of the project site, and WeScope transcribes your narration in real time using on-device speech recognition. This gives the estimating team a detailed, first-person account of the damage without you having to type a single word. You can also attach Matterport 3D scans to any estimate request, giving the WeScope team a complete virtual view of the property alongside your photos, videos, and documents. Once your estimate is submitted, stay in the loop as it progresses. Estimates in a Working status show their position in the queue so you always know where things stand. If the team needs additional information, the app will notify you and make it easy to respond with photos, files, or a written message directly from the estimate detail screen.
