Description
孕產期健康的評估包括兩個部分：實時日評估和月評估。在產前三個月和產後三個月（一共6個月）期間，每個月會有連續5天需要完成每天三次的日評估（早、中、晚），每次大約1-2分鐘；在5天日評估之後會有一次月評估，大約需時30-40分鐘。所有評估都是透過手機應用程式完成。
除了使用此應用程式之外以及在做出任何醫療決定之前應尋求醫生的建議。
