يتيح تطبيق صدف للتجارة الالكترونية العديد من خدمات التسوق للزبائن منها :
* عرض المنتجات ضمن تصنيفات منظمة على عدة مستويات تصل لثلاث مستويات .
* يستطيع الزبون عمل حساب خاص فيه والدخول اليه لمرة واحدة على جهازه والاحتفاظ بقائمة المنتجات المفضلة و قائمة مقارنة المنتجات بالاضافة لسلة المشتريات الخاصة به , كما يستطيع الزبون عمل طلب او عدة طلبات ومتابعتها مع تحديد عنوان التوصيل ضمن الطلب .
* الزبون قادر على البحث عن اي منتج بسهولة .
* يستطييع الزبون استخدام قائمة المفضلة باضافة أي منتج عليها و الإحتفاظ بها.
* يستطيع الزبون استخدام قائمة المقارانات وعمل مقارنة بين عدة منتجات و الاحتفاظ بها.
* يستطيع الزبون التحكم في سلة المشتريات وإضافة المنتجات عليها وتعديل الكمية واختيار سمات المنتج قبل تأكيد الطلب.
* يمتلك الزبون عنوان أو أكثر للتوصيل يختار المناسب منها للتوصيل.
* يستطيع الزبون متابعة طلباته والرجوع اليها متى يشاء.
