1. You can now log your body measurements and track your progress. Whether you're becoming a Greek god or a science experiment, the chart will let you know.
2. The calorie calculator now has a search history and a filter for your own foods. So you’ll finally remember what that mysterious “cottage cheese 5%” was doing in your life at 11:47 PM.
3. The workout completion screen got a glow-up. It's so pretty, you might start working out just to see it. And yes — now you can brag about your workout too.
4. Major performance improvements. The app is faster. Like actually faster. No sarcasm. (Okay, maybe a little.)

We’ve expanded the food database to an epic 23,000 items — yes, even that sketchy midnight kebab might be there. If not, you can finally add your own culinary creations. Also, we convinced the workout timer to stop having trust issues when you switch to Instagram. Your sweat is safe, even when you “just checked one message”.

What’s New (and Slightly Weird) in This Version:
Workout Builder – you’re now your own coach! Create workouts like a shawarma: add whatever you want, as much as you want.
Workout History – finally, you can look back at your heroic training sessions… or your heroic avoidance of them. Nothing is forgotten, everything’s logged.
Bugs – they lived, they fought, but we found them and squashed them. Some even left voluntarily.
Settings Page – now faster, prettier, and finally makes sense. Well… almost.
Calorie Calculator is out of hiding – we refreshed the page layouts, and now it’s easy to find. No more “Wait, where was it?..”

- Training plans now load properly!
- The training calendar has been redesigned! Now it works without bugs (I hope so, because the old calendar was like an unstable bar - it could fall at any time).
- Supersets got descriptions! Finally, you can understand what to do, and not guess, like in a survival quest.
- Articles are now updated more often! More knowledge = more results. Or just more interesting texts to procrastinate between approaches.
- A few more bugs have been fixed! I won't tell you which ones, but believe me - the app works even better now.
