This app focuses on helping you go to bed on time! This is done by giving you a heads up before your bedtime giving you ample time to wrap up projects and wind down for the night. You can set a global bedtime if you prefer a consistent bedtime. Or you can use the weekly schedule feature to manage different bedtimes throughout the week.
Upcoming features include customizing the pre-bedtime notifications and analytics of your bedtime history.
