This app is created by The I Quadrant for the purpose of digitalizing the check-in/check-out process The app allows supporter/attendee to: - Supporter 1. Can see how many webinars have been, are, and are going to happen. 2. Can see how many registrants, guest and membership are in the individual webinar. - Easily to check who is arrived. 3. Can scan attendee QR code to check-in - Attendee 1. Can use the membership account to login or login by guest 2. After logged in, the attendee information will be generated as QR code which allow Supporter to scan For more information: - Why we don't allow user to sign up in this app? Our application is tailored for organizing investor events on a weekly basis. To ensure a hassle-free and efficient check-in process, we have opted not to require user sign-ups. Attendees as guests can simply enter their basic information, such as first name, last name, email, and phone number, which is used solely for event registration purposes. By not implementing user sign-ups, we aim to offer a seamless and straightforward experience for all event attendees without the need for additional account creation and management. The sign-in function is just used for our membership who has been provided the account via another channel by us. - Purpose of user data collection The user data collected through our app serves the purpose of event registration and check-in. We do not engage in any marketing or promotional activities based on this data that is out of the disclaimer which is shown up the first time user opens the app. The collected information, including first names, last names, emails, and phone numbers, is stored securely and is used only for organizing and facilitating our weekly investor events.
