Rentify - Property Management

Rentify is a rental property management app for Residential, Commercial, Paying guests, and shared accommodation properties. It eases managing your property with the initial setup. This app has two modes 1. Owner/ Property Manager mode. 2. Tenant Mode Owner Mode: The owner has full control of the property, once the initial setup is done it automatically adds dues for every month. And auto sends alerts for pending dues. It has a very good dashboard to show the Summary of Pending and Received payments, Individual tenants who have Dues, and vacant units. Tenant Mode: The tenant can view their due details and can see reports of due and paid details. Reports can be generated and saved as a PDF. It auto-reminds tenants of dues. 1. Manage your property by adding units/portions. 2. Save tenant details with attachments useful for saving important documents in the app. 3. Track the total received amount and total due amount. 4. Track the individual tenant received amount, due amount, and vacant unit of property. 5. Filter your transaction with a different timeline. 6. Send reminders for due through WhatsApp. 7. Generate PDF reports of tenant transaction
