The Psychflex app is a multifunctional tool for therapists and practitioners working with acceptance and commitment therapy, process-based therapy, and other forms of evidence-based therapy. With this app, you will have access to a broad range of clinical tools and exercises in the form of texts, illustrations, animations, audios, and even videos. You can send them to all of your clients, who can use the app for free. The app is divided into three sections: Programs, Exercises, and E-learning. Under Programs, you will find catered training programs based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy (PBT), and other evidence-based therapies. These programs have been produced by clinical experts such as Steven C. Hayes, Gijs Jansen, and many more. In Exercises, you will find a library of clinical tools, techniques, and interventions, that you can send to your clients, or add to your personal collection to build your own sessions. Finally, the E-learning section gives you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and grow your skills as a therapist or coach. Every month, new tools and training modules will become available inside PsychFlex, to constantly improve your ability to serve your clients.
