We also offer a 1-2 personal training service for those who wish to train with a friend, family member or partner. Semi Private Personal Training Benefit from all the perks of personal training in a small group environment. This service offers the ultimate flexibility to suit your busy schedule with flexible booking through our booking app. Women’s Only Semi Private Personal Training Benefit from all the perks of personal training in a small women’s only group environment. InBody Scanning Our InBody scanner quickly measures body fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, body water levels and overall body fat percentages, through a simple non-evasive 15 second test. This will allow you to identify changes in body composition, track progress, validate programs, and deliver actionable advice based on trustworthy data.
