Do not connect you card to the app
If you’re using this app I recommend you add the money on to the wallet on the app on not connected you Credit/Debit card. it charges you extra fees for some reason even when you end the ride. Also if you ask them for a refund they will tell you that they will make a Ticket on what ever trouble you’re having and will refund in 2 business days but they never refund.

GPS is not precise
We were riding on the side of the bay, and outside of the restricted area. The GPS kept saying we were in the restricted area and couldn’t advance over 5 MPH. This increased our ride time substantially.

I paid for it and the bike didn’t work. I tried starting it, it started the timer without me being able to ride it. Was my first time trying to use it, and was not easy to use at all!

My phone does not work on iPhone 8. They’re end ride button does not work on iPhone 8. Ride was good
And ride button does not work on iPhone 8, was unable to end ride for 15 minutes. Support was really slow. I had to login on a different phone and then the support froze up during the conversation. And then we had to download the app on a different phone. And then we’re able to cancel the ride.
