A new X-style feed with a fullscreen video detail view, a cleaner composer, an "@mention" overlay, inline hashtags, and an edge-to-edge player that adapts to portrait and landscape. New create menu. Tapping the + button now lets you choose between posting a video or starting a new Chatter post. Notifications overhaul. Instagram-style grouped rows ("John and 13 others liked your video"), tappable avatars and usernames, an unread dot on every row, and a bell badge that updates live. See who engaged. Tap any like or repost count in Chatter to see everyone who liked or reposted. A feed that never runs out. Home feed now loops seamlessly with infinite scroll, and Following-tab videos pre-download so they play instantly. Explore, improved. Trending Creators and Recent Chatter rails, pull-to-refresh, and a clearer "all caught up" footer. Scroll through any profile. Tapping a video on someone else's profile (Posts or Liked) now opens a swipeable feed, not a single isolated clip. Direct messages are faster and friendlier. Chats sort by most recent, unread conversations are bolded, there's a pull-to-refresh on the list, and messaging reliability has been significantly improved. Smarter Time Capsule. We now only save a video to your Time Capsule once you've actually watched at least half of it. Comments polish. Tap usernames or avatars to open profiles, inline timestamps, more reliable likes, and a "see more" expander. Sharing that works. Share buttons on Explore and profile videos now send a proper clear.social link (and they work on iPad too). Under the hood. Major backend speed-ups — feed, likes, comments and profiles load noticeably faster thanks to server-side pagination, MongoDB indexing, and query consolidation. Login with Apple and Google is more reliable, and content moderation now uses AWS Rekognition. Lots of bug fixes, including crashes when tapping videos from Explore/Search/Hashtag pages, Saved and Time Capsule tabs appearing empty, Following-feed videos showing the wrong usernames, incorrect sort order in Chatter, doubled comment counts, and a duplicate border on the compose bar.

Fixed the issue where hashtags were not displaying correctly on video and chatter posts. Resolved the problem preventing users from copying text from chatter and direct messages (DMs).

You can now send new video reels, other links, and Chatter posts directly to DMs. This update makes it easier to share content seamlessly in private conversations!

We've made important updates to the signup process, which have been successfully merged and uploaded. Existing users will be affected by these changes. If a user's username is currently empty, they will be prompted to complete the signup sheet, where they can add their username, photo, and other required details. This step is necessary to continue logging in and accessing the app. The update (Build 2.0.2(2)) will be available in the App Store after review.
