Description
InspectNTrack Smart Safety facilitates Lockout Tagout compliance in a fraction of the usual time. Quickly add equipment to your site map. Create procedures directly from the app with annotated pictures of equipment, power sources, and lockout points. Beautiful LOTO procedures are available for printing and attaching to the equipment for OSHA compliance, and LOTO procedures, Return to Service steps, and Periodic Inspections can all be completed through and tracked in the app. When an equipment requires a lockout, just scan the QR code on the procedure and follow the step by step instructions to safely lockout and work on the equipment.

- Scan Logic Enhancements: The scan button on the main tool bar has been upgraded to scan for equipment, energy sources, lockout tagout procedures, equipment components, and persons. Scanning at any of these feature levels requires the association of scan codes with a record beforehand. If you have any questions on setting up scan codes on any of these records, please contact support for assistance.
- Visibility of Employee and Building Assignments in Divisional Hierarchy: We have added features which allow for the visibility of employee and building assignments at each node of the divisional hierarchy. You can also manage and unassign individuals and sites from the hierarchy builder as well.
- Customized Report Updates
- Updates to LOTO Procedure Headers: Changes made to clarify approval dates and audit trails.
- Record Screen Enhancements: We have added additional fields throughout the site to capture more data and allow for more robust reporting.
- Other Miscellaneous Updates: We have also introduced updates to site set ups and configurations, updated search fields, and other minor bug fixes.
