I bought the lifetime offer and they switched it to 3.5 model instead of the GPT 4.0. Their customer support does not respond to any emails and I regret purchasing this app. Certainly do not spend the money each month on it. You will regret it as it is very basic.

That’s all I get from this app. I don’t know what the point of it is. It just doesn’t work at all. I signed up for unlimited lifetime access and what I got is absolutely no access. It’s just very silly to keep this app taking up space on my device. Will give it a week to be fixed before dumping it.

The AppStore page description states, as well as shows, Art Work that Frank creates…
I hated to only give 4 stars however, the app description page shows Frank generating artwork that he created (I believe it is of a “King Kong’ like beast in an action shot, and below the shot you see the AI Bot Frank stating “I created a few images that you might like.” But when I ask to create a battle scene from WWII he said. “I am unable to create Art Work, however I can give you detailed “Prompt” that you could give to a sketch artist, or …..” Is this option no longer a part of Frank? Awesome content creation but Erratic server connection issues.
Dec 21 2024. I had no problem with the app till a couple months ago. There’s about 50/50 chance I’ll turn on the app and not be able to connect to the servers. The connection error I get on now is to check my WiFi connection. But the WiFi connect is fine because every thing else works fine. Really liked the app till this started happening.
Just for the app to load. And so tried using it the app crashed and returns to the screen where it says to check the internet connection and restart app. The internet connection is the problem.
Really like the app when I am able to log in.

I started out with 3.5 voice messaging and got a message about couldn’t connect, try again later. Tried a few more times and got the same message. Then I switched to regular messaging and again same message. So, then, I switched to 4o and used Samantha 4o rather than Frank, and tried a regular message or two and I got the same exact red message claim their is no connection try again later. I want to say this whole time, my WIFI router is five or six feet from me and I have full bars of connection soooo…. Yeah connection on my end is there. Do not spend your money on this if you are thinking a

The app doesn’t work. It doesn’t matter what task I am trying to get the app to do. A red banner pops up at the top Of the screen and it says. “Failed to connect. Please try again later”. So the app is unusable. Not recommended and not worth wasting your time to download. If they fix the app, I will update my review.
