Includes a quick link to request refunds via WhatsApp. Introducing Cost+ Requests • Detailed Request Tracking : View  details for submitted Cost+ requests, including vendor information, proposal amount, breakdown of fees (Cost+, Delivery, VAT), total amount, and the uploaded quotation PDF.  Payment & Order Clarity Improvements • Enhanced Payment Information Display: Order details now feature a clearer breakdown showing exactly how an order was paid, especially for split payments involving Wallet, Cash, Card, PO, or Credit Accounts. • Paid Amount Displayed for Updates: When using the "Update Payment" option for partially paid or unpaid orders, the system now clearly displays the amount already paid. • Auto-Confirmation for Full Wallet Payments: Orders paid entirely using the Wallet balance are now automatically set to a 'Confirmed' status in the backend.
