Ringostat Smart Phone is an easy-to-use softphone for making calls and working with CRM. It's more user-friendly than using a regular phone. The app is installed on your device, allowing you to work with calls and messages wherever convenient.
Ringostat Smart Phone increases the sales team's productivity, saving each employee about five working hours per month. It contains valuable insights about customers that help increase sales. The app allows you to combine phone and messenger communication in one interface. All this will bring business processes in your company to a new level.
All in one click
Click on the customer number on any website or your CRM, and the app will start a call. Or click on the pop-up push notification to receive an incoming call. Quickly mute a call, put it on hold, transfer it to a colleague, and more — all these actions you can do with just a single click.
Customer information is always at your fingertips
When you receive an incoming call, you'll see the customer's name if the contact is already in your CRM. Ringostat has integrations with dozens of popular systems, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. You can save contacts of new customers to CRM with one click or instantly go from the app to a contact or deal in CRM.
Calls and messages in a single interface
Forget about numerous open tabs. Collect all communication in one application. Ringostat Smart Phone stores the history of all calls and messages from customers. The users can write to you in the messengers. Their messages will come directly to Ringostat Smart Phone. Answer the customer in the app, and they will receive your response in their messenger.
Insights for better performance
Find out what the customer is interested in, what products they've looked at on your website, what ads they came from, etc. An app will display information before you even pick up the phone. It will help you accurately target users' needs and better understand their pains and interests. Knowing this, you can increase your chances of making a sale and cross-sell and upsell. Ringostat Smart Phone will also show you which customers who have previously called you are currently on your website. Contact your visitors at the moment of interest to make it more likely to close the deal.
Ringostat Smart Phone consists of 5 tabs.
1. Interface for receiving and making calls and sending SMS.
2. Messenger, in which you correspond with customers. New dialogues are added to the queue so you can catch them.
3. Call history, including calls you received and missed. You can call or send an SMS to each client with one click. It is also possible to quickly copy a contact or view insider information.
4. Clients on the website. It shows a list of customers who have previously communicated with you and are currently visiting the site.
5. The contact book lists customers who have interacted with your company. There are also separate tabs for employees and departments. It allows you to contact your colleagues and transfer calls to them instantly.
You can change dozens of settings in the app to make your work as convenient as possible. You can change the availability of your account (online, offline, do not disturb, etc.), interface language, sounds, display of insider information, and call history.

The dialog screen UI has been updated and the overall performance of the section has been optimized for faster loading. The dialog list now displays the name of the manager who transferred the conversation, as well as the date of the most recent message.
A new auto-close feature has been added — conversations will close automatically according to the time configured in the user panel.
SMS dialogs now show the number to which the SMS message was received.

This update focuses on expanding media handling functionality, improving stability, and correctly displaying client information during calls.
The media sharing feature has been improved, including support for new file formats. The list of file types that can be sent via the messenger has been expanded: now, a manager can send any file format to a client through RSP. File name processing in the messenger has also been improved — users can now exchange files with Cyrillic characters or special symbols in their names.
An interface error when exceeding the SMS sending limit has been handled. A check for existing dialogues when sending SMS from the Dialer has also been added.
Fixed incorrect handling of Cyrillic links — links are no longer cut off and now open correctly.
Resolved an app crash during calls caused by an unsupported format in the STUN server address (http/https).
A loading indicator ("loader") was added to the dialogues screen when clicking the "Take dialogue" button.
The login screen and SIP selection screen now include links to the Offer Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Fixed an issue where the caller's number was missing if the number format was incomplete.
Resolved a problem with audio playback via headset when it was connected before the app launch: the call audio now switches automatically to the headset right after connection.
The internet connection check logic was optimized — the "no connection" message no longer appears prematurely.
