Description
HRIS is an internal Human Resources Information System designed to streamline employee administrative processes in one secure mobile platform. The app enables employees and management to efficiently manage attendance, requests, and performance-related activities anytime, anywhere.
Key features include check-in and check-out attendance tracking, leave and permission submissions (including sick leave, office errands, business travel, and temporary work leave), shift exchange management, and holiday scheduling. Employees can also access attendance records, performance appraisal data (PAS/KPI), internal questionnaires, and a company suggestion box to support communication and continuous improvement.
HRIS is built to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and employee engagement within the organization by digitizing essential HR workflows in a centralized system.
