Added a joystick for dodging and a hit icons. The gyroscope works as before, but dodging with the joystick can be more convenient. Hit icons don't work like buttons, more like hints for a beginner. The joystick and icons can be activated in the settings, if you played the previous version they will be disabled, you will not notice the difference
