We're back with rebuilt screens and paths to make adding discussion replies and opportunity updates easier, smoother and more consistent. We also added a GIF search option to the keyboard, backed by Giphy integration to make finding and sending gifs in the app faster than ever before!

This version includes a ton of upgrades to the app's performance. Recording and playing Audio Messages is more responsive, the keyboard and its media toolbar should feel smoother, long tap on text to copy it, swipe away any live app notifications, and download and/or share attachments. We also added the ability for adults to Recommend Session Topics to their students, and gave students their own Needs Attention stack on their home screen like adults have. These are just a few of the improvements we've got slated to come in 2026 as we make the app better and better for you all!

This version includes the ability for Frontline Educators to see Sessions within their Support Services area as well as a bug fix for Sessions that was reported on Android 16.

We've added a new Support Services Tab for Frontline Educators and enabled a feature that allows you to mention others in this version.

This version includes a ton of new features and introduces app access to Front Line Educators like School Counselors, Coordinators, Teachers and other School Support Staff. New Features: - Use the new "Search My Winbox" from your home screen to quickly search and find you or your student's content. - Quickly find that last thing you were just working on with the new Recently Viewed tiles on your home screen. - For the Frontline Educators, you're able to see your Student Roster and Insights about your Students and what their status is across a number of different categories like if they have the app installed or not or have a parent consent form on file. You even get to see your students grouped by different categories like their current priorities and the sparks they share.

We've added the ability for you to tap on anyone's avatar to see a preview of their profile and made some small improvements to the suggest opportunity flow and for app performance.

We fixed a bug that prevented students who just turned 13 in the last few months from being able to sign up.

This version includes a fix for some agents who were experiencing crashes as well as quite a few performance improvements. We've also added the ability to copy chat messages and discussion replies!

We reworked the sign in screen to more clear and added a new student onboarding flow that allows students to see an intro video from their agents and to choose some things that they would like to focus on with their agents when signing up in this release.

We fixed a bug that made a blue banner saying "Student Not Found" when you entered a conversation by tapping on a new message push notification.

We've added the ability for you to #reference any of a Student's Plans, Milestones, Opportunities or Resources within your conversation in this update. Now you can discuss and collaborate on your work together directly from your chat messages and within discussions! Want to try it out? Just type # into your message or reply and start searching for the content you want to reference in your message!

Ever wanted to share a support resource with a student from a link online or by uploading a PDF or Excel document? Now there's a way to do that within Sessions and in our newly added Plan Milestones!

Milestones and Steps within Plans help Agents and Students discuss and keep track of the work they are collaborating on over time. In this update, we also made a huge number of performance improvements across Chats, Discussions and Sessions and fixed some issues that people were experiencing with conversation lists reloading and media uploading as profile pictures or pictures within chat.

Ever wanted to have an animated GIF as your profile photo? Well now you can! We improved overall app performance and support for animated GIFs and videos in this release.

We fixed an issue that some people were seeing with sending audio messages in this version.

We heard your feedback about how difficult it is to get back to content you were notified about by Push Notifications once you tapped into them or when you may have missed them, so we added an In App Notification Center for you! Now, you'll find a list of previous notifications that you've seen in your In App Notifications list so that you always know where to find them!

We added an onboarding flow for Agents, Specialists and other adults in this version.

This version includes a whole bunch of design tweaks, feature flow, and animation improvements, as well as a bug fix for PNG images that were attached/uploaded but not viewable after the fact.

Agents (Coaches and Specialists) now have a new profile screen and the ability to add their Knowledge (degrees and credentials) and Work Experience to their profiles to help make sure that we're connecting each Student to an Agent who is most likely to provide perspectives and advice related to what the Student is interested in!

Agents: Sometimes you receive a message from your student that doesn't need a response. Now you've got an option to say "I don't need to reply to this" within your conversations that will mark that conversation responded to and help you keep your response times accurate!

We fixed a few visual odds and ends that we discovered on Chromebook and Tablet in this version.
