Prenez exemple sur Belfius, même ING fait un peu mieux… chaque fois que je veux faire un virement il faut créer le destinataire sans omettre d’enregistrer… il faut recommencer encore en encore… virement n’est jamais passé… les messages d’erreur sont long sans laisser le temps destinataire les lire… ça donne envie de fermer le compte… de la m….

Malheureusement, app pénible à utiliser car elle met énormément de temps à charger. Et il est aussi courant de réapprovisionner son compte courant depuis son compte épargne et que même si l’argent apparaît sur l’app, le paiement par carte ne marche pas. Pour que le paiement par carte fonctionne il faut attendre un certain temps pour que l’argent soit bien comptabilisé dessus. Embêtant si on doit payer tout de suite en magasin. Les app de banques concurrentes n’ont pas ce pb.

Het is een ene goeie app alleen jammer dat het super lang nodig heeft om op te starten en super lang moet laden zowel bij het beginscherm na u code of face id in te geven en dan nog eens om u rekening te kunnen zien dat het dan ook nog eens lang moet laden en dat is wel zonde en zou niet mogen bij een banking app eerlijk gezegd bij de andere banking apps heb je dat probleem niet dus doe daar iets aan want tis nie echt leuk om dat probleem te hebben soms sluit ik de app helemaal af en probeer ik het opnieuw en toch blijft het en ook zelf na het opnieuw opstarten dat het soms zelf langer dan 5 m

Extrêmement déçu par la lenteur de l'application. Le chargement à l'ouverture prend une éternité, et il n'est pas rare de tomber sur un écran blanc ou un cercle qui tourne indéfiniment. Pour une banque qui se veut 100% en ligne, c'est inacceptable. Les paiements par QR code échouent souvent et l'ergonomie globale est loin derrière la concurrence. Pour une banque qui ose se présenter comme celle « d’aujourd’hui et de demain », il y a de sérieux points à améliorer :
- permettre les paiements Bancontact via Apple Pay ;
- permettre les notifications ;
- intégrer Wero ;
- intégrer Click to Pay ;
- intégrer Itsme.
Bref, ce qu’une véritable banque en ligne « d’aujourd’hui et de demain » doit proposer.

Très déçu par cette application et les services de Keytrade. L'interface est lente, datée et pas du tout intuitive par rapport à la concurrence.
Le pire reste le service client qui est aux abonnés absents : ils ne répondent presque jamais. J'en ai fait les frais lors d'un voyage à l'étranger où je me suis retrouvé bloqué sans argent ; les transferts vers mon compte ont pris plusieurs jours sans raison valable.
Pour couronner le tout, à mon retour, mon compte a été fermé et bloqué unilatéralement sans même me consulter ou me prévenir. Un manque total de professionnalisme et de respect pour le c
