Added Hebrew support for mobile application:
* Added support for entering text in the Hebrew into text fields when a user works with a device in Hebrew language or the Hebrew localization.
* Changed alignment of captions for controls and fields to right alignment on the calendar and time views.
* The text editor toolbar in the Narrative field has been expanded with new options of changing the text input direction (right to left or left to right) and the direction of text alignment.
* Captions of controls, fields and buttons are translated into the Hebrew.
Ensured that a user will see validation error and warning messages in case 3E billing rules have been violated for a pending timecard.
Added support of the integration mobile application and the Workbench and Cloud (with TLS 1.2 configuration required)
