Description
The HealthTrac app is designed to be used in conjunction with your program and account with one of our health and wellness partners.
This app allows you to easily and conveniently track your daily progress, weight, exercise, sleep, meals and other metrics from your iPhone or iPod touch.
HealthTrac also integrates with Apple Health. If you choose to do so, you can allow HealthTrac to read and display your Apple Health data such as Weight, Steps, Exercise, etc. in the HealthTrac app.
