Make sure you’ve activated iCloud for Fitness Point and allow notifications in your device’s settings. Active internet connection is required to synchronize data between Watch and iPhone. A new option is available in settings tab for the iOS version to force sending data to Apple Watch or force pull data from the Watch. There is also a force touch menu available on Apple Watch to force download data from iCloud, that was previously uploaded from your iPhone. You can find it in workout list.
