App is broken, no longer
No longer broken. Please see followup below. I have been playing this Bingo app for over 12 years. Now when I open the app it keeps flashng the screen to play a tournament. When I X out it keeps coming back. There are no updates to the app and rebooting my device does not help. I am so disappointed. I am happy to report that the developers were very responsive and have fixed the problem. I am back to being extremely happy with this game.

Love but currently frustrated
I love this game but lately I’ve had nothing but issues. First the game wouldn’t even load…kept getting stuck on the loading screen. When that finally resolved, I kept getting a prompt to play the tournament page, which I usually do, but the prompt kept coming back no matter what I did. It got resolved a few days ago but now it’s back again. I’m frustrated to say the least.

Glitches now
I enjoy playing this game of bingo every evening. However for the past days it’s been glitching it starts off as normal and never gets past the tournament round as the pop ups keep coming up and preventing me from playing the actual game. Doesn’t load
I have tried all day to load game, and it doesn’t. I have made sure game is updated and turned iPad off and on, still will only load halfway. Please check game. This is day 3 of not being able to use game. I don’t want to delete and lose all credits. Please developer advise. I have used this for years. Can’t believe no response to issues. What Is Going On???
I tried reaching out to support, but couldn’t find anywhere to ask a question. For a few days now, the app shows its stuff at the beginning, asking if I want to play a certain game. BUT IT WON’T STOP!! And at the top where it shows challenges, there are tons of the tournament rounds which keep repeating so I can’t do anything!! How can I get rid of these? It won’t let me do anything because it’s just repetitive. I’m afraid to uninstall and reinstall because I don’t want to lose my game info. Any way to fix this without doing that?

I have played this game for years, and for the last week, it has mostly been unusable. There has been a few days where the game actually opened and loaded and I was able to play, but only the first few rooms load and work. I think one or two times I’ve been able to get to the room I’m actually trying to collect stickers on and play. Then, an hour later, the whole game won’t open again. Game has Broken
My app has finally bit the dust. Won’t load any levels, can’t play any matches, nothing. I’ve tried to delete the app and redownload it, tried using it on WiFi and without, different WiFi network, nothing works. I think the game is finally dead and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’ve been playing this game on and off for almost 10 years. I’ve always loved it and enjoyed it. I’m so sad to see it crash for good.

I like the new daubs., also the different side games they added. The major difference and not so good features, one, is how fast the game ends after the last bingo. If you are playing multiple cards it doesn’t give you time to check them. That maybe purposeful, because you have to use gems to finish your cards. You have to pay for gems if you run out. Additionally, the earning for being first, second or third are a lot less. It’s pretty much the same if you bingo last. And like all these types of games the algorithm adapts to your play style, keeping your earnings low so you eventually have

Ads for free rubies
Every now and then the game offers free rubies if you watch a video. This gives players a great incentive to watch their videos, however, they can’t seem to let you see the video because there are “issues” so the videos RARELY work! It’s VERY FRUSTRATING so I am looking for another Bingo game. It’s sad because I have had this game for several years and I love it but they need to fix the video problem.

Very frustrated
When we first started playing this game it was great! Every morning there were free tickets, gems and scratch offs to enable you to play the game. Now all of a sudden there is NOTHING at all. I don’t know if they are holding out thinking people will purchase these items or not but if they aren’t willing to share these items like they used to, I for one will not be spending any more money on it. If you want people to play your game, take what I’ve said to heart. Otherwise guess it’s time to find a new game.

I have tried to contact support about a few entrants cheating since April. Wiresoldcereals,abingonut,and JDs for a few. They always get 1st and usually 2nd and 3rd in the tournaments. For over a month i sent daily screenshots of their unbelievable scores, a lot of the time the exact same score for all 3 games . I have gotten no response or any action from support. Why even play the tournaments when there is no chance of placing and getting gems? I have played this game for years and loved it, but am frustrated with the support team and lack of action about blatant cheating.

I’ve played for years, but recently I’m unable to play due to a pop up that will not go away. I’d paid for diamonds recently too, so that payment is wasted now that I’m unable to play. This new issue is my only real problem with the game. Otherwise, I enjoy it.

Have been playing for at least 7 years, maybe more, and have loved it. But within the last few days it’s been unable to load and play properly. Have deleted and reloaded multiple times. Please update or simply delete it from your offerings. I don’t know what has caused Storm8 to decline so badly but it’s very disappointing.

Major Issue w/ World Tour Pop Up Bug??
Looks like a major bug appeared. When you open up the app, the world tour page pops up and will not go away. Keeps popping up and now way to play the game. Deleted the game & reinstalled it only for the same issue to keep appearing. I thought I was the only one but it seams others are having the same issue too.

Stuck on World Tour Popping Up and I can’t play
I have enjoyed this game for many years. For at least the last 24 hours I am unable to play. The World Bingo Tour window just keeps popping up when I X out of it. It doesn’t look like there has been an update to the app in 2 years. Help! I can’t play.
