Merchants Mobile gives Merchants Insurance Group’s policyholders access to important travel information while on the go, and allows them to document and report automobile claims on the spot in the event of an accident.
Merchants Mobile lets you:
• Contact Merchants’ claims service
• Report an auto glass claim
• Connect to your auto policy information online to retrieve vehicle & driver information
• Document and report an auto accident claim in real-time
• Know what to do in the event of an accident
• Know how to get roadside assistance
In order to use all features of Merchants Mobile you must:
• Be a Merchants Insurance Group customer
• Be enrolled and registered on www.merchantsgroup.com

Merchants Mobile lets you:
Securely access your billing information and current term payment history
Make payments using either eCheck or credit card
Contact Merchants’ claims service
Report an auto glass claim
Connect to your auto policy information online to retrieve vehicle & driver information
Document and report an auto accident claim in real-time
Know what to do in the event of an accident
Know how to get roadside assistance
In order to use all features of Merchants Mobile you must:
Be a Merchants Insurance Group customer with a Merchants' user ID and password
Be enrolled and registered on www.merchantsgroup.com
