With this update Chrome Express now has the capability to send invitations to your customers to “connect” to you using the Snap-on® Connect App. Your customer can communicate instantly with you via phone, text or chat; view their accounts; make payments (USA only); and send custom promotions directly to a group of customers through push notifications. You can also receive notifications when a customer uses the “I’m interested” feature, makes a payment, adds an item to their wish list, or utilizes the in-app chat.
