Despite being repeatedly assured that claim is in process nothing has appeared on my GeoBlue site that supports this. Can’t login for 2 years!
Login always times out - I have not been able to use this app for 2 years. It’s always updated to the latest version, I tried deleting and fresh installing - always get request timed out. I’m able to login on web or mobile web without issues with the same credentials. Please fix it, it’s very hard to use desktop version of a heavy website when abroad with a slow internet connection. App used to be very handy.
