Great Service and Products

This app is convenient and makes life so much easier ❤️. I love my bank!!!

The way the app looks now makes it less accessible than ever. Between the credit cards being a drop down menu rather than plainly visible information, the pending vs posted charges being changed from a yellow banner to small gray text, and the actual vs available balances being the same font overall it feels as though you now have to spend twice as much time on the app to discern any kind of information. Even minor changes like removing the logout button from the top banner (which was an older update) shows a change in design philosophy from convenience to wanting people to spend as much time

Please go back to the previous account list display. It was simple and efficient. Now it has the top layer of bloat that takes up 1/4 of the screen. It was great when it was only account info and no big header in the way.

I like the CCU app. Although CCU is my main bank, I have accounts at another credit union and at Bank of America. The CCU app has the most functionality built in. The other credit union I use has multiple apps to provide additional functionality. No apps are perfect but this one works for me. I can send money out using Zelle, or transfer to other members instantly(my kids).

I would like to say this is the most professional and supportive bank I’ve ever came across. I love working with every individual that I come across. Keep up the good work guys. Regards, Zac

I have been with Community Credit Union since the late 90’s … even though I relocated back to North Florida in 2015 (I think lol) I have continued enjoying the amazing service and personal attention this Credit Union provides it’s customers.. This is absolutely the best financial institution I have ever used … and I’m 75 years old! Thank you all at CCU Florida for the expert, professional, yet personal service you provide!

This app lets me do whatever I need to do to manage my account. If there’s something I don’t know how to do, or it’s something you can’t do on the app, I send a secure message and it gets taken care of. I travel a lot and this app makes things very convenient.

Does everything I need it to do. When not on line with my computer it keeps me up to date and makes a check deposit a piece of cake 🎂. 24/7 access.

You messed up a good app. Bill pay doesn't work in the screen it's supposed to. I had to go Three Screens deeper to pay a bill. Put it back to the front please.

The service I have been provided from CCU has been too knotch

I love this app I love being able to see how much I am saying.

App works fine but they took away the fingerprint log in feature so you have to type password in everytime now . Why go backwards . Annoying

App is simple and easy, never a single issue to report. They always let you know days when the branches will be closed for holidays, etc. in the header. Design is simple and on brand. If you can’t figure it out it’s probably you, not the app.

Love card only wish is if could be shut off with app. In case lost or stolen.

Easy to check your bank account balance and previous transactions, much more comfortable with checking the app than waiting for my statement to be emailed to me to see if there’s any weird activity lol. Also very easy to do transfers on the app, I mainly use it for moving money from my checking to savings and it works really well.

It’s supposed to update every quarter but doesn’t

I love this app I can always count on it to be 100% accurate 24/7 and when you have a million things going on at one time you need to know what’s going on without having to think about oh darn did the check go threw did the money go into my account or how much do I have after that quick trip to Walmart as a single mom it gives me peace of mind and take a little bit of the weight off my shoulders thank you.
