Description
Classroom Mate is a simple tool for teachers made for managing your students marks and data on your iPad or iPhone. Just test it and you will love it! Classroom is a slim, save an easy-to-use tool for every teacher.
*** Limitation ***
In the free version of the app, the number of classes and the number of students is limited to 5 each. You can test whether the app fits your needs or not, for free. Upgrade to the pro version for a small amount with an In-App-Purchase.
If you have purchased the pro version on your iPad already then you will get it on your iPhone for free, of course!
Short functional overview:
* Seating plan with pictures of your students, having all important informations at a glance
* Tap the picture of a student and choose an action like "being late" or "forgot homework". The app can create recalls on repeated actions, as well. You can adjust the actions so that they fit exactly your needs.
* In the detail view you see all the recalls, actions and marks of one student.
* Checklists for an easy overview of all the things (e.g receipts) to collect from your student.
* Memorize the names of your new students at the beginning of a new shool year.
* Enter and manage the marks of your students, which can be configured to match your needs (semesters or trimesters, rounding, weighting, ...)
* The developer of this app is a teacher himself and is using it every day. Suggestions or wishes are welcome.

Notice: The first start after the update may take a few minutes because old Dropbox cache files are removed. Before you update the app, please make sure that you synced all your local cached files to your Dropbox.
- Dropbox update: The developers from Dropbox migrate to a new api at the end of June. Please update Classroom for a seamless use of your Dropbox.
- bug fixed: In senior classes, marks are now assigned correctly to the semester. You can now change the semester of each mark.
- new feature: Random selection is now with or without probability weighting. Choose your preferred mode in the settings.
- improved: In rare cases, the app opened an empty file. This made users think that all data was erased. Now a dialog is guiding the user.
