I got a random ad for a sale on Instagram, decided to try it out. Ended up loving the entire app, from the deals to the products available, filters, and especially- their customer service. I placed an order for a shoe, misinterpreting the women’s for the men’s size. So, when I called and ordered, they had no problem canceling it before it went to be shipped, and I received the other items I purchased. This app is a nightmare. Resetting password doesn’t work properly. Items showing as in stock that are out of stock, showing as out of stock when they’re in stock. Truly a frustrating experience from start to finish. You would think after all this time they would have figured all this out.

The website, app and products are excellent. The customer service online leaves a lot to be desired however. They are little to no help with sizing help or advice and any time you respond to their customer support email a different person emails you back and may tell you something different than the one you were just speaking with.

Purchased item 11/17- Delivered 11/20… Went on sale 30% off on 11/25. I requested a price adjustment as the item is still available and after speaking with several representatives was told that there is a 7 day policy for price adjustments. So now I am returning original item and will order same on sale. This will result in unnecessary carbon emissions, additional work for logistics organizations at an already busy time of year and more work for financial institutions with credits and debits. Absolutely absurd

Clicking on wishlist causes the app to crash when the wish list attempts to open. Tried deleted and reinstalling. Also once you have selected to turn off alerts it is a poor user experience to have see that pop up asking to turn on notifications every time you use the app. Great product and service 5/5 - this review is only reflecting latest app update
