No way to find pop up locations
This app is useless for those of us who just want to find a pop up location. How hard can it be to just add a map or dropdown where you can find popups around Chicago?? I’d love to support these restaurants, but there’s no way to find them. Useless app from a customer pov.

Works but needs love
Please consider text contrast in app. Tiny light grey font on dark grey background? No thank you. It’s super difficult to read.
Generally, design and usability is poor. Consider getting a critique from an outside design consultant to get a fresh set of eyes on the app.
That said, I press what I want and food appears at lunch. I am grateful for that. I know poor design on my magic food bringer is a 1st world problem.

I mistakenly ordered lunch on a day that Fooda was not scheduled for my campus. There should not have been an option to order food on a day it wouldn’t be available. The app should’ve let my order go through. There is no option to speak to a live agent and I never received a response to the email I sent.

Our food keeps arriving late or at a different location. Lunch was delivered late by 20 minutes with no bag or name. Not fun knowing folks are opening each order to see if it’s theirs. Not a fan of folks opening my lunch. Burger also came with burned buns and raw meat.

The Fooda vendors that come to my agency often present food that is of low quality, small portions and highly priced. The food often tastes like leftovers from the restaurant’s previous day…. Not fresh prepared.

Rewards hard to use
The “coupon” never shows the barcode for the restaurant to scan to receive the rewards. I had an $8 coupon that wouldn’t open and now showed “used,” I emailed Fooda and they sent it back. Tried using it again, never could get the barcode to pull up as I was holding up a long line. I’ll use Fooda for the convenience of it being near work but the app is useless for reward points unless you have a lot of time and patience.

Expensive and system not so good
First of all it’s kinda expensive and sometimes when it’s close it still shows it’s open and let me Oder and take my money but when I went to picked it up there wouldn’t be there. And for some restaurant it doesn’t let you Oder online it’s says some of the item you selected it not available but when I went in person I saw everything available I m talking BIBIBOB specifically.

Needs a 👍👎 feature
Being as the options week to week tend to duplicate for me and my company, the app desperately needs a 👍👎 feature or something similar, please!! I’ve made the mistake of ordering the same thing twice that I’ve hated both times. At a minimum being able to save a dish as a favorite would be helpful so that I could at least order things I really like again.

I can’t write special Instructions after choosing food, since keyboard pops up and special Instructions textbox disappear. I could do it after second attempt before upgrading to IOS 26, but now literally can’t write to special instructions. Please fix the issue!

Mostly really unhealthy choices. Even the “healthy” choices are the worst salad places. Why not pick from the much better restaurant choices out there? Much better and healthier choices within same price range. Uber eats is way better.

Many good options however they should be split up so we don’t have a few of the same type of foods every day. More variety. Also would be awesome to have e charges put on cards once a week instead of every day. Sometimes less than a dollar charges happen. Would be nice if it could hit once a week instead.

Loyal user but a little unhappy
I have used Fooda since it came to my work location but I have emailed and asked several times for them to change site to allow reviews and critic even when you don’t order anything or purchase from vendor. I always have to submit my review on yelp when I have an issue with a vendor. Sometimes you get bad service and decide you don’t want to purchase or you find out that what is advertised is not what you get or available and so you don’t purchase but you still want to leave a review.

I would not recommend this app because it will charge you two and three times for the same food I did not have enough money on my card so I ask my friend to pay for the food and he was charged two times on the same day and one time the next day even though the card was never used to buy anything very disappointed.

The barcode for my company subsidy has disappeared
The whole reason why I use this app is so I can get five dollars off my meals at work and it consistently does not show the discount barcode in the bottom right hand corner, defeating the whole purpose of me using this app. Please fix and I will give five stars.

Not better than the food trucks
I placed my order on line and was told that I could pick it up at 12:15. When I got there i saw that they weren’t even making the pre orders until you showed to pick it up. I thought the idea was that it would be ready at the specified time. Then even though the food was kept in a warmer it was just room temperature. And the price wasn’t better than the food trucks. $17 for a brisket sandwich that was short on the brisket and an order of Mac n cheese.

Some times they don’t show or are late
It’s nice to have foods in the building but sometimes they just don’t show up or are late, or they can’t get their credit card machine to work.
I am use to cold food so know I will always have to reheat.
Pizza from a reputable restaurant would be a treat as well as honey butter fried chicken!
The Mexican options just are not good! Maybe a sandwich shop or gyros.

Need to re-login every time I open the app
As of 8.5.2 some really serious bug was introduced where every time I open the app, I need to re-login via OAuth to see my account. Just for context, my company uses Fooda for lunch plans.
