Wellscapes, developed by the University of Minnesota's Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing and renowned nature photographer Craig Blacklock, offers you the opportunity to watch stunning nature videos in silence, with music and nature sounds, or with music, nature sounds and gentle guiding. Being in nature reduces stress, elevates our mood, and improves our overall health and well-being. There is growing evidence that nature truly heals! "The Forest Awakens" inspires rejuvenation and is provided FREE of charge with the app. Additional titles focusing on mindfulness, letting go, intention and possibility are available for $1.99 through In App Purchase.
