Description

Warm Me Up! is the most comprehensive and varied vocal warm up tool available to today's singer. Tailored to your voice type, there are 60 exercises designed to guide you through a warm up that will get your voice into tip-top condition and ready for your practice session, rehearsal or performance. Warm Me Up! will create a unique warm up for you. It can generate a warm up based on how much time you have available or you can browse the individual tracks and create your own playlist. The exercises are recorded in high quality audio: a lush baby grand accompanies you through each exercise and a professional singer guides you through the first two repeats of each. The Warm Me Up! team (Luke Hunter, Vicky Jacobs and David Young) are esteemed voice coaches and musical directors and have warmed up professional singers in Australia, the USA, New Zealand and England. Between them they have warmed up the casts of many mega musicals including Jersey Boys, Wicked, The Book of Mormon, Frozen, Come From Away and Moulin Rouge. Warm Me Up! is specifically designed to be used by both the amateur and professional singer and can be used to warm up a soloist or larger group. It's a fantastic resource for singing teachers and choir directors who can warm up their ensemble away from the keyboard. By popular demand, we've added new exercises! There are ten new exercises in different ranges to challenge and excite you. We have dedicated one of our new warm ups to one of our favourite Warm-Me-Uppers, Harvey Fierstein. Start off using mm-nn-ng for a gentle start then gradually introduce some vowels. Happy singing, Harvey! You can now play, pause, skip and repeat tracks both from the Lock Screen and the Control Centre (the "swipe up" screen). We have lots of new features in the "My Warmups" function: you can select multiple warm ups to delete and add to your customised playlists. And, best of all, you can share your Warm Me Up playlists with friends, colleagues and students via email. If you receive one, simply hold down on the file in the email and select to open it with Warm Me Up.

I love this app. The warm ups are fantastic however a recent update has made this app download song files every time I try to warm up. I perform on a cruise ship where the WiFi can be inconsistent. Please offer a downloadable offline version

This app is AWESOME! Just if there could be a few more features
I use it with my vocal students and also with choir for warm ups! The only thing I wish for is if it has a way to be able to slow down or speed up the tempo. Sometimes the warm ups are too fast for people (particularly vocal children students) making it difficult to learn. If there was a way to change the tempo, making it slower. and then gradually making it faster and faster, that would be great. Also, it would be great to change the keys and have more options for types of voices. There are already 4 types of voices you can choose, but also if it had exercises for specific sections (i.e. Al

Great warmups, but app could use some extra features
I use this daily to warm up. There are some really great warm-ups in this app, and you can chose your voicing (soprano, alto, tenor, or bass; also called high-female/low-female, etc.). However, at the base of the app, it’s just static recordings and a random playlist generator based on how long you want to warm up. I’d love to see the ability to hear the sample from a real voice, but then actually chose your range and have a digital piano adjust (or even record live ones, but have more than 4 range options). I’d also like the ability to mark a warmup as a favorite and have the app go to tho

So far it's the best singing app I've found
I've gone through a lot of apps for vocal training and general practice tools. This is the best one. A close second is Pro Vocals, which looks nicer but you have to pay for most of the workouts. They do have some killer breath ones though. This one just comes loaded with a ton of goodies. You can customize a routine, or have it do one randomly for you. It's simple to use and follow along with. If you can only afford one vocal app, it should be this one.

Worth the money!
Though I was tentative about my purchase because of the high price and few reviews, this app makes warming up easy! Normally I would have to play piano to myself while singing which took a lot of my attention away from focusing my pitch. I've only had this app for a couple of days, and am really enjoying it. My only complaint (and I won't deduct stars for it) is that I wish the low male voice had exercises that went lower (the low male voice is basically only a third below the high male).

I finally broke down and bought this app, and it is really, really good, but I resent having to pay a premium price without benefit of lots of users and reviews. Without lots of users I can have no confidence that the app is robust and will continue to be supported long term. Without reviews I don't know if I should buy. Id like to recommend this app to all my singing friends but I'm too embarrassed to suggest they spend this much.
