When viewing your list of Favorite affirmations you can swipe left to delete an affirmation. Tapping on a specific affirmation will let you view it. To add your own affirmations, tap on the bottom left icon then tap on "Add Your Own". Any affirmation you add will appear in your favorites list. To record yourself saying an affirmation, tap the top right REC icon and then on the red button to start recording. You can save one recording per affirmation.
