Added a bugfix for an issue in the initialization phase that popped up for some users.

Fixed a bug that was preventing users from recovering their passwords.

Updated crash reporting system. Fixed issue where users are asked to accept terms and conditions each time they log in from 3rd party authenticators. Existing users will be asked to accept terms one last time, then never again.

Changes: - A "rate our app" dialog now shows up after the first completion of a card. - Instead of accepting the terms and conditions after creating an account, the account now cannot be created before the terms are accepted. - Updated some spelling mistakes - Refactored some code handling the internal state of the postcard in the app. This should prevent a lot of issues and provide extensive error handling going forward. - Added a button to navigate to the Terms and Conditions. - Added a button to navigate to the Privacy Policy. Improvements: - Sign-in screen scales better, adhering to the platform of the application. - Application now scales significantly better on tablets. - Using very large text on the phone operating system now scales better with the app. - The app now correctly takes into account the top notification bar and the bottom gesture bar. - Icons in the bottom app bar scale better. Fixes: - Sign-in dialog sometimes did not close on its own. - Fixed an issue where rotating the card in the image previewer caused an error. - Fixed an issue where some users were able to pay for the card without it actually being sent - Fixed an issue where the terms and privacy policies where not being shown when signing up with Google, Facebook or Apple - Fixed an issue where users were unable to continue in purchasing a card, when we were unsure about the address validity
