Copart is a money Pit now
This app is outrageous I recommend them to people and they are charging for everything like spirit airlines!!!!
They charge to view live auctions and put it in a watch cart they had $59 yearly fees increased to $100 on top of that you pay the extensive Purchase fees at this point i recommend people to go on Facebook or seek other options Copart is not the place anymore

I rarely write app reviews, but this got so annoying I decided to rate the app.
Every time you click on a copart link, you are forwarded to the app’s sign in screen. If you don’t sign in, the app ignores the link content and goes to the search page. And if you do have the app installed it takes over every time you click a copart link, thus you cant use the web view anymore.
It’s shameful how just having this app installed can limit user’s capabilities. If something is doable without the app (viewing link content without signing in) the app should at least provide the same UX, in this case i

Terrible
Wasted an almost 2 hour trip to go look at a car, just for the app to reject the documents I submitted 3 hours earlier with flying colors, and $700 dollars later in membership fees. And then be told it’s a 24hr wait period when I submit the documents again… how about making an app that actually makes things easier, and stop wasting peoples time and money. I wouldn’t waste my money with this company.

Update 6.6 is MAJOR
Wow, I downloaded the version 6.6 today and I couldn’t be happier. This update came equipped with some of the most important features I wished the Copart App had, plus so many other very useful features I didn’t even think would come with it. Now I wish the next update comes with the function to copy Lot numbers like it is with copying VINs, plus many other exciting features. Endless fees and unreliable customer service. Description and images of vehicles are nothing close to accurate, if anything they are deceptive. There are fees for storage when the company is the one that is unable to let customer pick up vehicles sooner. Juice ain’t worth the squeeze
We have had a working relationship with Copart for 15 years. Besides the app having weird quirks and having to find your own work arounds, copart is not worth it anymore. Too many vehicles where they were not what was started and copart absolving themselves of any liability. Too many photos of vehicles where it is almost like employees are encouraged to try and essentially hide damage. Never knowing who you are buying from, private or insurance. The app functions most times but the filters are completely ineffective. You’ll have to go through 3 or 4 cars you never asked to see to get the ones you do. Even if you add “clean title” you’d better carfax it first…I found two cars that were total losses on the Insurance database that Copart said had no accident. Also you can’t see the auction history of your watch list - I have no idea what cars ending up selling for if I tapped out. Even eBay tells you that. Disappointing app experience for hawaii users
The Copart app is a major letdown if you’re in Hawaii. The app doesn’t allow access to Copart Hawaii, even though everything works perfectly fine on the website from a laptop or PC. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t provide the same functionality? This inconsistency is frustrating and makes the app feel incomplete. Copart needs to address this issue and ensure equal access for all users, regardless of location. Until then, it’s not worth downloading for Hawaii-based users.
