(1) Includes commonly used non-rectangular AFM cantilevers, whose hydrodynamic functions are reported in:

(2) New cantilever geometries are of arrow shape, small aspect ratio rectangular, quasi-rectangular, irregular rectangular, non-ideal trapezoidal cross sections, and V-shape.
(3) Instructions for implementing method are included.
