Great tool for students and licensed techs alike.
This app is what I still use to this day when I need a refresher for whatever examination that I’m unsure of from time to time. Helpful when I was once a student and still is helpful now, I highly recommend this to any aspiring future rad techs, this will be of great use in your day to day exams. However, I think it’s due time for this app to be updated to be more modern instead of the way it is now with more projections, special exams, and updated animations and whatnot, these things will make this app even better if not greater than it ever was. Hope the developers keep this in mind.

Excellent for RT students!
I have never written a review for an app, but I must say this one is so worth the $25 if you are an RT student in clinic. Not only have I found it to be an easily accessible way to study positioning details for coursework review and clinicals, it is much faster and succinct than any technique books I have seen. Very good app, and easy to use!

Radiographs
New version is 100% better! Thank you for including radiographs for all exams!

Has the basics minus a few
Doesn’t have inlet and outlet views of the pelvis. If you’re going to pay this much for an app it should have more views.

Good for the basics. Missing a lot of specialty views.
If your a new tech and just need the basics, this is fine. I wouldn’t say it’s worth 25 bucks though. I was hoping it would have more specialty views. Here’s a list of common views not found on this app. Hammate hook and pisiform views of wrist. Radial head view of elbow. False profile of hips. Inlet/ outlet view of pelvis Flex/ext of L-spine. This is just what I could find missing at a quick glance. At this price I really wish it would have more. For a little more you can just buy the Merrill’s pocket book that has a lot more info to offer. How do I get my money back?

Great app, worth the price
The latest update made this app an amazing tool. It's finally formatted for the newer iPhones so it looks nice, updated positions, and the ability to add notes is great. By far the most expensive app I've bought but well worth it.

Essential for Students
Thrilled to see the same excellent info contained in my Bontrager book from school over 10 years ago in a handy App!! I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Ballinger years ago. Fabulous gentleman! This App is a must for any Rad Tech student, travel tech, and old Techs like me. Great job Phil 😊

Almost perfect
Just wish it had kVp and mAs other than that very useful and always with you as long as you have your phone.

Great app...but
I think this app is great and well organized. I am a student that will be taking my boards in 4months. It would be nice to have an option to take quizzes on the positioning. That's my only suggestion on adding to the app.

Great but could be improved
I think including kVp and mAs would make this app perfect! Great for sitting and reviewing positioning when you have down time.

kVp and mAs
Would be much better if included kVp and mAs calculator or averages for study purposes and having everything in the same spot. Awesome app though, highly recommended by teachers, students, and techs.

Very useful app
I am a clinical instructor and use this app as a quick reference to show students how to properly position patients and how the resulting radiograph is supposed to look. I love this app.

Very helpful and handy application. Saved me time and helped me multiple times. Has all the information and positioning needs to take an X-ray. Great application and a must have. Thanks for this great application.

Good app.
Over all a good app. It helps to have a nice convenient reference at hand. My only gripe is that there appear to be missing views that come up from time to time. Otherwise nicely done.

Love it so far!
This app is pretty fantastic! Even has LPO and RPO for zygapophyseal joints. I would be nice if it stayed in the same routine you were previously looking at as I switch back an forth between other apps but otherwise it's great!

Incomplete Resource
For $30 you'd think they'd include ALL of the projections you might use, but it lacks NUMEROUS projections. As a current Radiography student, I'd say this App is barely useful. It is definitely not worth the hefty price tag. I feel as if I was robbed.

This is a nice app would be nicer tho if you could add and modify the exams also if you could have labeled x-rays in another section and acceptable s# for different brands and how to change technique to change the s#

Very helpful!
I'm finishing up my first year of radiology school and I've used this app almost everyday at Clinicals! This app is perfect for a student on the go. The only thing I would suggest is during updates save my notes on each procedure because they always get erased so I'm never able to use them.

Great resource for students
The first year students in our radiography program have been using this app since they began in August. It has proven to be a great resource to them as they enter into the profession. Great app!

Update may not have been ready?
This app was very nice, helpful & informative. The update was not so nice. Some exams were removed. Some exams have incorrect pictures for the positioning, such as the incorrect centering for the CR is being showed in the picture. Some exams have no pictures. The update does include positioning for GI & urinary system exams, along with info on tomography, so that is nice. Update for app needs more fine tuning.

Used to like it
I used to like this app, that is before the last update. The update may have added some exams, but it also messed stuff up. My notes got mixed up with the wrong exams. There are pictures that are incorrect (positioning wise) an they also removed some exams, specifically TMJs. I paid a pretty penny for this app and would have remained happy had things stayed as they were. If it ain't broke....

Just updated!
Purchased a while ago and downloaded the update. Have good information for reference/reminder, but I don't think it's meant to rely on. It a great app for students.! 5 stars here!!

iPhone Update renders useless
I just purchased this and updated my iPhone at the same time. It officially doesn't work. This is a ton of money for me to have something that doesn't work. Please fix it!

Awesome!
I am new to the radiography field, and this has been an excellent reference. I regret ever buying the bulky 'pocket'-guide/flip-book. This is all I need! *I would love to see a search feature by named views as well as by anatomy.
