Wimbledon experience
What an experience. I grew up watching Wimbledon every year but never thought it would be possible to watch it in person. In February 2025 while visiting London I went for a tour of Wimbledon grounds, tour guide was great. Decided at that time that I would be back for the tournament. Came back to London in July. Joined the queue for tickets at 5.30 am on July 3rd and got them. The whole experience was amazing. Weather was great, people were amazing. Will definitely be back next year.

I'm an octogenarian and Wimbledon Centre Court has been a dream of mine since before I was a teenager; playing and growing up in Albuquerque, New Mexico . It was so wonderful to finally be there and witness (among others) Sinner and Alcaraz matches! Boyhood dream come true.

Inferior to Roland Garros app
The Roland Garros app has more versatility and intuitive features like displaying live radio icon up front. Wimbledon app hides a lot of features. Also current 2024 Wimbledon app is too “all over the place” and features are scattered and random. I suspect sponsor money is behind all the redesign, when no redesign is needed.

Live Scores for Gentlemen’s Singles
On the “Results” tab, there’s a drop-down box to select “Gentlemen’s Singles,” “Women’s Singles,” “Gentlemen’s Doubles,” etc. it makes sense to give the user/fan a choice based on which category they follow. For example, I prefer to follow Men’s tennis and I don’t follow Women’s tennis.
With that said, under the “Live Scores” tab, could you offer the same functionality? “Live Scores” shows all scores of every category instead of giving the user the choice.

I’m not sure what this app is good for. I wanted to see when a certain match was happening. There’s no ‘schedule.’ All I could do was spend 10 Minutes searching through the whole draw to find it and then there was nothing else to learn. No mention of when it would take place or what the match projections were. So I googled it and found the info I wanted in 5 seconds.
Nothing else about this app was helpful. No streaming of anything interesting. No info that can’t be found easier with a google search.
