Used to be the best app. Now every single filter is behind a paywall. Want to look at garage sales with a Sunday date? YOU HAVE TO PAY. Also, no sales are showing up in a town with 2 million people. Oh, and that free advertisement they want you to watch to “unlock premium features temporarily?”. Yeah. You’ll watch the ad but nothing changes. As someone who is a subject matter expert in thrift/resale/treasure hunting, this ISN’T it.

Disappointing yield for search results
The app works but I only get search results for about 25% of sales in my area. Please expand the number of sites used for finding data.
Cool features, functions a bit slow, but fails to find enough sales in my area. GarageSaleFinder site finds 8 sales while this app only finds 2. Bummer, paid for a subscription but this is largely useless since I still have to rely on other sources.

This app requires more steps than are needed by just using a pencil and paper. I think it probably does wonderful things for those that can figure out how to use it. But for me, I open it and there are no sales shown. If I have to look them up and make entries myself, I don’t need this app. Too bad. I have used it in the past and it behaved as expected. I must have something set incorrectly. I surely would not pay to subscribe if I can’t figure out how to use it.

What happened?!
I’m not happy. This was the first app I ever paid for. If you love garage sales, you hesitate spending money frivolously. I lived in Germany for two years so I couldn’t use this. One of the first things I did when I came back was redownload and pay. The app no longer pulls sales from Craigslist! This app is useless now. I use to recommend this app to anyone who would listen, but I will never pay again. Disappointing.

I liked this app until…
Features that were once free are now subscription only. I used to be able to view Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but now I only get the current day and Saturday. Everything else is behind a paywall.
I’ve got no issues paying but not when I have to pay for things that used to be included in the free version.

Doesn’t work- don’t waste your money
I used to love this app and have paid for a subscription for years, but for the last year or so it hasn’t been picking up hardly any of the sales in the area. A quick check on other sites shows me there should be dozens showing in my area (as there used to always be) but I only see a handful in the entire city and surrounding suburbs now.
I reached out to customer service many months ago and never received any reply. I can see from other reviews that I’m not the only one this has happened to.
Don’t waste your money, the app is broken.

Used to be great
This is the third year I’ve subscribed to Yard Sale Treasure Map. There used to be soooo many yard sales listed in my city and now the app identifies only 2-3 on weekends. In reality there are hundreds of yard sales on any given weeekend. Why doesn’t Yard Sale Treasure Map identify them any more?

I’ve used this app for years and it worked well. However, now in 2022, the spring garage sales are flourishing - but most aren’t on this app! I knew there had to be more so I checked other apps - I could see 6 in my general area on this app but 19 in the same area on others. I’d have missed quite a few sales that had exactly what I was looking for. Truthfully I’d like to use this app because I like some features but what use is it if the sales aren’t there?
