Amazing Slow Downer is the ideal tool for any musician, transcriber or dancer wanting to improve their skills. New - Support for streaming "Apple Music" audio! Note: Some functions such as "Pitch change" and "Equalizer" are not available when playing "Apple Music" songs. Replay doesnt end at right spot
The app is useful but man is it a bummer that the replay doesn’t end exactly where you set it. It seems like the replay bar is long enough for the actual time stamp I’ve set for the end, but it stops a bit short, which isn’t great when you really want a very specific section. Feels a little crazy that it’s not exact when I spent like $15 on this.

I must be dumb. Im terrible at learning anything especially musical instruments. But im trying to learn drums anyway via the internet. Thought id use this app to try to learn songs i listen to. Ok turns out it only works with Apple Music. I restart my apple music account so i can use the app, but i get error messages when trying to actually upload a song to then slow it down. Same thing happened with songsterr. I paid doe the premium option to upload music and then nothing happens when i follow the steps for doing that.

Needs update
Sometimes the play button didn’t work and froze up. Closing and reopening seemed to solve it. However, when I recently updated my iOS on my iPhone to 18.4.1, ASD’s play button froze up again, only this time it remains frozen no matter what I do. Perhaps ASD needs to update the software to work with iOS 18.4.1. At this point, it seems to be a waste of purchase money, and I was so looking forward to using it.

The most important app for learning music
As title says. Only reason I am not giving 4 stars is the bug where lowering volume will actually make the playback louder and vice versa. This happens if you adjust the volume during playback (I was looping). Suddenly at the end of the loop it will snap back to normal behavior and suddenly get loud or quiet. Please fix.

Many uses
This app is so awesome for practicing and learning new parts. I remember the old days when you had to slow a tape down the transpose back to the correct key. No more of that with ASD. Even at 50% sped it maintains the original pitch. You can adjust the tonal settings to highlight the instrument your trying learn in the mix. Once you get the hang of it it’s super easy to set a loop to repeat over and over in perfect time.
