Added a tax rate list via the (>) button which is shown whenever the tax is 0%. So go to the tax line item tap (X) then tap (>) to setup and pick common tax rates for where you travel.
Fixed rounding bug.

(I will be releasing an update to make CheckPlease LITE work on iOS 3.1.3 again. I thought that Apple would have handled the iOS 4.0 intelligently enough to keep users at the 3.1.3 compatible version of CheckPlease LITE and not force you to download the iOS 4.0 only version if it didn't work on your system. Give it about a week to go through Apple's review process again. The non-ad version works on iOS 3.x still, but the LITE version I added support for iAd which required 4.0 so now I have to backtrack a bit.)
To the people whining about the ads... Ads didn't just appear in the current version...CheckPlease LITE has had ads in it for over a year now. If you don't want ads, then the non-ad version of CheckPlease is available for purchase.
