The game is great. However, there’s a current glitch that doesn’t record your daily puzzle completion. In the app, there’s no way to access help or customer support. The customer support on this page just takes you to the game. Annoying and frustrating!!!

The game itself is fun, but the amount of ads at the end of each puzzle makes it unplayable. The ads are over 2 minutes long and there is no way to eliminate ads completely. Screen even locks up on the ads themselves. You have to close the app and reopen. Even the ad free version for $7.99 doesn’t completely get rid of all the

Me and my 7 year old play the math game and it’s great at expert for adults and my son typically plays at medium. He loves it and the little milestones.
Additionally, we had to reach out to customer service for a feature request and they reached out quickly to help us work through it.

Challenging at first then boring
Fun to play for a few hours but then gets boring. Its just the same type of puzzle over and over again. Change the shape, use fractions or decimals, something to create more excitement. Give players the ability to earn something. Concept is great, reality is not so much.

Every time I start a new puzzle I have to not only sit through at least a 5 second ad but it takes me another 10 seconds just to figure out how to close it and start the game. Too annoying to keep on my phone. I realize they are playing the ads to be compensated for a free game, but it’s just too hard to figure out how to skip past them.

I used to enjoy doing the daily puzzle (at a minimum). However, I notice that the daily puzzle is now playing in easy mode and there is no way to se it to expert (or to change the level at all for the daily puzzle).

I love this game, Ive played over two thousand puzzles, but the ads are getting out of control.
Open daily puzzle, ad, complete puzzle, option to get 10 coins or watch ad for 30, decline to watch as for extra coins, shown ad for no extra coins.

The game is fun. It’s simple and easy to play. Can be challenging when playing the hardest difficulty. But I cannot give it more than 2 stars due to ads. Don’t get me wrong I get why there are ads. But man talk about spending more time with these absolutely obnoxious ads than playing the game. Open ap, ad, start game ad, beat game in 1:30, ad. Like come on.

Great Game But…
There needs to be a “Check answers” button!!! The level I select can be a challenge. That’s a good thing.
But if I get really stuck…maybe multiple times, the only option shouldn’t be to reset and start over again and again and again!!! I need to know where I went wrong. It’s frustrating!!

What’s with the ads you can’t close?
This game was good for a solid five minutes, before it started popping up ads trying to force sample playing other games, that had no way to escape them without entirely closing and reopening the app.
I downloaded this to practice math with my 8 year old in a fun, relaxed way. The last thing he needed was the distraction of brightly colored games insisting he play them!!

Expert play
I actually love this game, I play on the (Brains) expert level only and have brought my average time to under 5 minutes per puzzle. I’m not posting to brag, but only to ask the developers why I’m not playing any of those top regional or world individuals that are on the (Brains) part of this game? I’m consistently the top weekly player of your (Brains) part of your game, shouldn’t any of those players be vying for my spot? It seems like the top 100 regional leaders are nowhere to be found in top ten weekly (Brains) lineup, just curious as to why??

Good game bad ads
I really enjoy these puzzles. It's a nice way to kill some time without feeling like I'm killing braincells. That being said, the ads are really killing it for me. The ads on this particular app come up after every puzzle and there is no way to close them. I have had to force quit the app every time and sometimes an ad will come up before I even do a puzzle, forcing me to quit the app before I even played.

Deceptive
Don’t ever buy hints from this app! I have witnessed on multiple occasions the board change AFTER I have used one of my hints. It will literally add a number that wasn’t there to choose from or add a fixed number to the board that wasn’t there before you used a hint. This is extremely deceptive and nothing but a ruse to try to get users to buy stuff in-app. Again, do NOT ever buy anything in this app!

uninspired and AI slop
The puzzles have very little variability in difficulty and are pretty repetitive in all aspects. UI is simple but repetitive across all apps from this company. I enjoyed the competitive mode for a bit, but it got old. There's really nothing new or special about this app...I was already thinking of uninstalling it, and then I saw the ugly AI art being used in the newest Thanksgiving event. Yuck. I'd rather spend my time supporting another app with actual art. see ya 👋🏻

OMG the ads!
The game is fun but if you’re good at math, you’ll get through even the tough ones easily and every single time, the ad at the end seems longer than it took to play the game! And getting around them clicking all these icons is downright annoying. It should be an ad every x minutes played, not every single game! So might have to leave it and find refuge at a math app not so ad heavy! Sad, it’s fun.

I enjoy the game overall.
But the postcard event literally won’t open or show in app. Tried everything from reboot to coming here and clicking g on that “happening now” - getting taken to app, and then again. Nothing.

Are you kidding me with these ads?! I can go a while with no ads and I love the game. Then, out of the blue I’ll be spammed with ads. One after another with seemingly no limit. It just happens again and again after every single stage. At these points it is unplayable and I’m tempted to delete it. If you’re doing a timed event like a star challenge…GOOD LUCK if you’re in the middle of a relentless ad blitz.
