What’s New Version 4.3.16
Bug fixes and Improvements:
- Resolved issue where, when a client has a self-service account with address allowed set to no, the client was able to book a trip using POI addresses from their client profile and recently used addresses from recent trips they have taken.
- Resolved issue where rating a trip was not returning the user to the Past Trips screen.
- Resolved issue where screen titles were not always displayed at the top of the screen.
- Resolved issue where the log out button returned the user to the home page instead of logging out as expected.
- Resolved issue where deep linking failed if app was not already installed.
Description
General Riders:
Island Transit GO! Fare Free On Demand Service
Request a ride easily using the app, website, or by phone, and we’ll pick you up and drop you off at marked stop locations within the service area.
Flexible trip management, convenient trip details, and simple to use. Book same day service, two-weeks prior to requested appointment, day before, and re-occurring appointments.
For same day service – riders must provide at least two hours’ notice for pick-up (last reservation is 4pm for same day). Service is available 8am to 6pm.
Paratransit:

NASWI:
Island Transit GO! Fare Free On Demand Service for NAS Whidbey Island
Island Transit’s NASWI on-demand service is transportation when and where you need it. We provide Navy personnel with a flexible and convenient transportation option to and from NASWI Ault Field.
Service is from 5am to 8am and 3pm to 6pm.
Base personnel access only – must have DOD clearance and ID.
Pick up and drop off at specified locations on map only.

Bug fixes and improvements:
⁃ Updated the Terms of Service functionality to disable the “I agree” button until users have fully scrolled through the ToS.
⁃ Resolved issue that caused app to crash when adding or deleting a credit card, or when paying with a credit card during trip booking.
⁃ Improved usability of the device list display so that all mobility aid device options are displayed on one screen.
⁃ Resolved issue where dismissing the location permission alert sent eh user back to the Booking screen.

Enhancements:
OS14 will no longer be supported. Existing OS14 users can continue to use the app, but it will not be available to new users who are on OS14.
Automated the upload of dSym files to Firebase to insure that all iOS apps automatically notified Ecolane of crashes in production.
Bug Fixes:
We resolved usability issues affecting riders using voice over and zoom were shown oerlapping buttons.
We resolved a usability issue preventing riders using Voice Access from selecting the agency during the login process within the application.
