Sleep smarter. Feel more refreshed. Calculate the best time to wake up or when to go to bed. It's based on sleep cycles. They're about 90 minutes each and it's good to get 5-6 cycles. Sleeping at midnight for 5 cycles? Wake up at 7:30 AM. Need to wake up at 6:00 AM, but want 6 cycles? Then hit the bed at 9:00 PM. Not falling asleep immediately? Customize your fall asleep time.
