Manage your health and get the care you need right from your mobile device! Chesapeake Health Care’s secure mobile app allows you to check-in to your appointment, schedule appointments at one of our medical offices, make a payment, or send messages to your provider from a secure platform.
Chesapeake Health Care was incorporated in 1994 to provide primary medical and dental care to patients in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties in Maryland. Since then, our services have expanded to include care for migrant/seasonal farm workers, mental health, pharmacy, obstetrics, and gynecology, urogynecology, maternal fetal medicine, dental, and pediatrics. With our mobile app you can easily access that same quality care, wherever you are, right from your mobile device.
