In addition, the Nudj Health app allows you to stay connected with your care provider and the Nudj Health team all the time. App Features include: View Goals Set with Your Care Team Once you have completed your initial screening assessment and have chosen a lifestyle pathway, you'll begin working with your Nudj Care Team on your health goals. All of your interactions, appointments, and goal planning you've done with your Nudj Care Team will be recorded in the app for you to use as a reference. Track Your Connected Device Data Depending on your physician's recommendations, you should have received a health device such as a blood pressure monitor and/or weight scale. With the Nudj Health app, you'll now be able to record all of your data and track how you've been doing! This data will also be available to your referred physician so they can also monitor your health. Sign-up for Nudj Academy Classes Nudj Academy is full of exciting new classes related to improving your health and wellness. Now you'll be able to view, sign-up, and best of all, keep track of the classes you've signed up for all in one place! You'll also be able to set reminders for when classes start and view class resources right from the app. Log Journal Entries for Your Care Team We know that your health journey is constant and fluid and a lot happens between appointments. With the Journal Entry feature, you'll be able to log notes, questions win, and struggle right as they happen so that your Care Team can stay updated on how you are doing.
