Genie Pro

Genie Pro is designed for users in the hospitality and catering trades who need a full stock management and accounting system. With the Genie Pro App you can order stock from your suppliers irrespective of where you are at the time, and then record deliveries of the stock when it arrives. The Genie Pro App provides you with a mobile-friendly version of the Genie Pro stock management and accounting system. There are two parts to the Genie Pro App - the first, Ordering, allows you to select a food supplier and view a list of products the supplier can provide, you can then record the quantities of each product that needs to be ordered and place the order with an alert email sent to the supplier. Once the supplier has done this and dispatched the order, within the second part Deliveries of the Genie Pro App you can record the actual delivery of the order with details of any stock discrepancies from the original order. Access to the Genie Pro App is available to authorised users with their own secure User Name and Password. You can use the Genie Pro App wherever you are – away from your desk at the office, working from home or wherever, allowing you maximum flexibility for you ordering and recording of deliveries as and when needed!
